1 Terms & Conditions

Win Khelo (bundles.win-khelo.com) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform, operated for adult users for entertainment purposes.

2 Account Registration

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

• A valid phone number and email address must be provided at the time of registration.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required.
• Sharing your account password with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

3 Deposits & Payments

4 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Your first withdrawal must be made through the same method used for your deposit.

General Bonus Terms:

• A user may not claim the same bonus more than once.

• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• If bonus claims are made across multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.

6 Betting Rules

There are a few basic rules all bettors must follow when betting on Win Khelo — these rules apply equally to everyone and ensure a fair experience for all.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• Win Khelo reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Pre-match bets placed after a match has started may not be accepted.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — the odds at the time of confirmation are final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, a separate bet refund policy will apply.
• In a parlay/accumulator bet, if one selection is voided, it will be counted as 1.00 odds for that leg.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Win Khelo. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Match Fixing: Attempting to unlawfully influence the outcome of any sports event.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting system vulnerabilities to guarantee a profit.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software to place bets or manage your account.
• Duplicate Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses through unauthorized methods.
• Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or another user's account.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Win Khelo may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no activity for more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the player's own request (self-exclusion).
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before your account is closed, unless the closure is due to prohibited activity.

9 Responsible Betting
